Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The shipping cost for returns is at the purchasers cost and will not be paid for by The Branded West Boutique. Items that are fragile MUST BE packed with care!

The Branded West Boutique is not responsible for

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We offer shipping protection, and it is advised you purchase this protection. If there is an issue with shipping and you did not purchase the shipping protection, you can file a claim with USPS or UPS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photo proof of the defective, damaged, or wrong item to be sent. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Incorrect Address

It is not The Branded West's responsibility to cover any costs when it comes to incorrect address entries. Please make sure the shipping address at checkout is correct. If a package comes back due to incorrect address, it is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the additional shipping costs. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer exchanges as store credit within 7 days of delivery of the item. The shipping cost for returns is at the purchasers cost and will not be paid for by The Branded West Boutique. Items that are fragile MUST BE packed with care! Tags must remain on item and must be in original condition. The new shipping expense for new purchases must be covered by the purchaser. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
